Depending on your institution, you may need to work with Summary of Care files.

Examples: Your institution uses Meaningful Use, Consistency of Care, or Carequality.

Tip: You can also complete some of these tasks from the EHR module > Attachments/Consents tab, and within the Patients and Scheduler modules.
